This is just a little blurb about my own style, skin type, makeup preferences etc so that you can get a better idea of who I am and my tastes, and where my perspectives come from!

• 25 years old
• fat babe (US size 18)
• brown eyes
• rocking a buzz cut that has been dyed black at the moment
• fair/neutral skin tone (bordering on ghostly)
• combo/oily skin
• bright, bold, and colorful eyelooks are my favorite!
• I like metallics, glitters, and foils
• love “unwearable” colors, especially lips
• alternative style, love dark colors, lace, flowy things, and lots of jewelry
• I’m almost always wearing a floppy hat
• love body modifications
• glasses wearer – do not let that stop the bold eye makeup
• I spend an obscenely long time on my makeup most days
• I never bother to do my nails, though (nail art + geology don’t mix)
• I do not consider myself an expert of really anything – I am still learning!

Also important to mention, I am currently in the process of becoming completely cruelty free, meaning that I am choosing makeup and beauty products that have not been tested on animals and who’s companies do not allow third party testing. I would not consider myself 100% cruelty free yet; I am just now truly getting educated on the matter and I own things that are not CF that I do not want to throw away either because they were gifts or because I could not donate them, so I am using up what I can then replacing when possible. Also I am making a shift from not just makeup, but skin care, hair care, dental, household cleaning items etc. Finally – I will not ever try to make the decision to go cruelty free for you, or preach it exclusively on my blog. It is a personal decision, I respect whatever decision you make and ask that you please respect mine.
